Please read this carefully. These are the terms and conditions on which you may use the T1PS.COM LIMITED websites and the content/services available on them, including t1ps.com, WatsHot.com, Zaks-TA.com, UK-Analyst.com, TipsTracker.com allnewissues.com, ukmicrocap.com, smallcapshares.co.uk, aimnewsletter.co.uk, chart-guide.com, johnpiperstraing.com, topsreadbets.com, unquoted-analyst.com, uk350.com, masterinvestor.co.uk (“the websites”). These terms apply to your use of the websites and all their content both irrespective of the delivery platform you use – e.g. desktop PC, laptop, mobile device or otherwise – and irrespective of how the content is delivered to you – e.g. via web browser, Mobile Internet browser, email, SMS or otherwise.

By accessing any of the websites you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below. If you use the websites in the course of your business, you are also agreeing to these terms and conditions on behalf of that business. All material on the websites is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced except by prior written agreement. Any breach of copyright may result in immediate exclusion from the website without further obligation to you, and further action is possible. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions (or are not authorised to do so) you should not use the websites. If you have any questions please contact admin@t1ps.com. We recommend that you print, store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

On registration, you must provide T1PS.COM LIMITED with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information on the applicable registration pages. This is particularly important if you subscribe to receive any Paid For Services. T1PS.COM LIMITED is entitled to rely on any information you provide to us. Each registration is for a single user only.

On registration, you will choose a user name and password (“ID”). T1PS.COM LIMITED does not permit any other person sharing your ID or access through a single ID being made available to multiple users on a network or within an organization. T1PS.COM LIMITED may cancel or suspend your access to the websites if you do this without further obligation to you. You are responsible for all use of the websites made by you or anyone else using your ID and for preventing unauthorised use of your ID. If you believe there has been any breach of security such as the disclosure, or unauthorised use of your ID or any payment information, you must notify T1PS.COM LIMITED immediately by emailing us at admin@t1ps.com. We recommend that you do not select an obvious password (such as your name) and that you change it regularly. If you provide T1PS.COM LIMITED with an email address that will result in any messages T1PS.COM LIMITED may send you being sent to you via a network or device operated or owned by a third party (e.g. your employer or college) then you warrant that you are entitled to receive those messages. You also agree that T1PS.COM LIMITED may refrain from sending messages to you without notifying you.

TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT T1PS.COM LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSSES WHICH RELATE TO YOUR BUSINESS OR INVESTMENT CHOICE OR WHICH ARE NOT A DIRECT CONSEQUENCE OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF PRIVACY OR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO DATA) OR WHICH ARISE AS A RESULT OF YOU USING THE WEBSITES OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IN ADDITION TO BUT SEPARATE FROM THE ABOVE SPECIFIC EXCLUSION AND TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ALSO AGREE THAT T1PS.COM LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER THAT ARISE OUT OF OR ARE RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITES.

The websites may contain links to other Internet websites or online and mobile services provided by independent third parties (“Third Party Sites”), either directly or through frames. Third Party Sites may be co-branded with the websites and so include the websites’ trade marks. T1PS.COM LIMITED is not responsible for the availability or content of Third Party Sites and will not be a party to, or in any way responsible for, any transaction concerning goods or services available from such Third Party Sites. If you purchase products or services from a Third Party Site your contract for such products or services will be with the third party and not with T1PS.COM LIMITED. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to Third Party Sites. The websites may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the websites complies with international and national law. T1PS.COM LIMITED will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising or sponsorship material. Any arrangement made between you and a third party names on or linked to from these pages is at your sole risk and responsibility. T1PS.COM LIMITED does not endorse any third party products or services.

Paid For Services: T1PS.COM LIMITED operated for following “PAID FOR” services: t1ps.com, WatsHot.com, Zaks-TA.com, TipsTracker.com, allnewissues.com, chart-guide.com, ukmicrocap.com, smallcapshares.co.uk, aimnewsletter.co.uk, topspreadbets.com, johnpiperstrading.com, uk350.com, dealmonitor.co.uk. T1PS.COM LIMITED reserves the right to vary or terminate the Paid For Services and does not guarantee that a Paid For Service will remain paid for or that a free-of-charge service will remain free-of-charge. You agree to pay any subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred. You must provide us with complete and accurate payment information.

Card payments: you can pay by credit or debit card. By submitting credit card payment details you warrant that you are entitled to purchase the Paid For Services using those payment details. You agree to pay any fee for any of the services that you use. Where you have chosen to make a payment by credit card, the fees are payable in advance by way of annual subscription and are non-refundable. You may terminate your annual agreement by giving T1ps not less than 30 days written notice before your next annual renewal date.

Cheque payments: where you have chosen to make payment by cheque, the fees are payable annually in advance and are non-refundable.

Direct debit payments: Where you have chosen to make payment by Direct Debit, you agree to be direct debited on a yearly basis in advance, and agree that the subscription is non-refundable. For a small minority of customers, occasionally the dates of annual direct debits may vary by up to 10 days from one year to the next due to processing procedures. If the amounts to be paid change, T1PS.COM LIMITED will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being direct debited or as otherwise agreed. You can cancel an upcoming Direct Debit by writing to your Bank or Building Society in advance. In the case of unauthorised payments T1PS.COM LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Paid For Services. If we do not receive payment authorisation or any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to any Paid For Services. T1PS.COM LIMITED will try to process your subscription promptly but does not guarantee that the Paid For Services will be available to you by any specified time. T1PS.COM LIMITED makes no offer, either to enter into a subscription contract or to provide any other good or service. T1PS.COM LIMITED reserves the right to reject any offer for any reason and without giving any reason. A contract with you for receipt of the Paid For Services will come into effect when T1PS.COM LIMITED confirms this to you. T1PS.COM LIMITED may use third parties to assist in the provision of the subscription services. There is no specific time limited applying to your use of the Paid For Services on these terms and conditions. However, T1PS.COM LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription to the Paid For Services if you breach these terms and conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you. As described in these terms and conditions, some T1PS.COM LIMITED Content is made available as part of a paid for a subscription service. You are not permitted to deliberately attempt to access that content without paying the applicable subscription fee. Any attempt to do so is a breach of these terms and conditions and may also constitute an offence as a matter of law. T1PS.COM LIMITED fully reserves all rights it may have to enforce its rights under these terms and conditions or at law (any failure to do so is not a waiver of these rights).
